Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm AEST, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am While processing typically takes up to two business days, please note that high-volume promotions may cause delays.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
To ensure a smooth process, please respond promptly if our Customer Care team reaches out regarding your order.
Delivery times vary based on Australia Post's time frames and zones.

Return & Exchange Policy
Barely Tamed Co. wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Under consumer law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures, and repair or replacement if goods fail to meet acceptable quality.
Please note the following return conditions:
- Items must be received within 30 days of purchase.
- Final Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Items must be unworn and securely packaged in original condition, including all tags and packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
